ABOUT THE CLUB
Based in Wimbledon / Raynes Park, Nets and Goals provides dedicated Netball coaching to girls and boys aged 7-13. Our camps and clubs take place at Hollymount Primary School unless otherwise stated in the booking area. Hollymount facilities include an outdoor multi-purpose astro turf, another netball court and indoor space for wet weather. The court is wheelchair accessible.
We offer Saturday training for a range of ages and all abilities. Our classes teach netball skills, terminology and positional play for beginners. They also offer the chance to advance individual skills, gain awareness in game play and tactics, and challenge the more experienced players in a comfortable and pleasant environment.
We provide holiday camps all year round.
As a recreational club, there is no need to worry about your child being left out but instead given the chance to enjoy playing netball while progressing towards selection of school or club teams.
ABOUT THE HEAD COACH
Courtney St Lewis-Davies
Courtney is the founder of Nets and Goals and has an extensive background in competitive and non-competitive sport.
From a young age Courtney became an elite gymnast, taking part in Gymnastics and Trampolining. She represented Wandsworth in the London Youth Games for three years consecutively, won team Gold in Trampoline British National Finals and came 1st in the British Colleges Sport London trials for trampoline and represented London in the finals two years consecutively.
Courtney started playing team sports at secondary school, and quickly fell in love with netball. She played within school and recreationally as an adult for many years.
As the Sports Coach at Ursuline Preparatory School, Courtney has been teaching Netball, Hockey, Gymnastics, Cricket and ball skills to children aged 3-11 for the past 6 years. She transferred her love for playing sport, into a love for teaching sport to the next generation. She is positive her background in a range of competitive sports has given her the knowledge and experience to create the perfect club for young girls.
